How to Prepare Your Dry Cleaning

No special prep needed — just gather your items together. If a garment has a stain or a specific concern (a loose button, a delicate trim, etc.), point it out when you drop off or note it in your Temecula Valley pickup request so we can treat it properly.

Let us know about any stains when you drop off your items or mention them in your pickup request form. Our team is experienced with a wide range of stains and will apply the right treatment for the fabric.

Dry cleaning uses a gentle solvent instead of water to clean fabrics that could shrink, bleed, or lose their shape with regular washing — think silk, wool, suede, and structured garments. Items are inspected, treated for stains, cleaned, then pressed and finished so they look their best.

Yes. We use eco-friendly cleaning methods designed to be effective on your garments while reducing impact on the environment and health risks to our customers and staff.

Our Los Angeles location offers free pickup & delivery within a 5-mile radius with a $50 order minimum. Temecula Valley pickup & delivery (Murrieta, Menifee, Winchester, French Valley, and Temecula) has a $45 order minimum. See our Services & Pricing or Temecula Valley Portal pages for details.

Turnaround depends on the service and items — we'll confirm a timeline when we quote your order. Temecula Valley pickups are returned on your next scheduled drop-off day.
