These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and pickup & delivery services offered by Beverly Place Dry Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
We offer professional dry cleaning, wash & fold laundry, wedding gown cleaning and preservation, leather & suede cleaning, comforter and household textile cleaning, rug cleaning, and expert alterations and tailoring, from our Los Angeles location and via pickup & delivery.
Temecula Valley pickup is available Saturday and Sunday, with pickup & drop-off available Saturday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Los Angeles-area pickup & delivery is available within our standard service radius. We'll confirm your scheduled pickup or delivery window directly with you after you submit a request — times are estimates and may vary due to volume, weather, or traffic.
We treat every item with care and use eco-friendly cleaning methods suited to its fabric. That said, some garments carry inherent risks during cleaning — including pre-existing damage, weak seams, colorfastness issues, embellishments, or manufacturer defects — that may not be apparent until the cleaning process. We'll let you know if we identify a concern with an item before proceeding whenever possible. Please point out any stains, damage, or special care instructions when you drop off or hand off your items.
Please pick up or schedule delivery for your cleaned items in a reasonably timely manner. If we're unable to reach you about items left with us for an extended period, we'll make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information you provided before determining next steps.
Payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery unless other arrangements have been made with us directly. We'll walk you through accepted payment methods when we confirm your order.
